Interaction with guests
I live in the house and my studio is based here, so I am around a lot of the time and happy to share knowledge on the area and advise on activities if wanted.
I love that the ocean and the mountain are both on our doorstep.
I love that I can walk down the road in the morning and find amazing coffee, freshly baked artisan bread, pass a multitude of working artists studios, and have five interesting conversations with passing bicycling, skateboarding, walking friendly faces before I have even had breakfast.
There is a sense of community here and an abundance of creativity that is incredibly inspiring and refreshing to be around.
We are across the road from False Bay train station and are on Main Road which is easy to access off the two main arteries from the city center South, the M3 and the M5. If unfamiliar with Cape Town roads, the M3 is a more direct route off the N2 from the airport.
There is street parking on St Hellier Road, which is the road that the house entrance is on.
Other things to note
We are on the second story of a double story house and access is by stairs.
Being upstairs, pets are not ideal. No smoking inside, and general respect for each others space.

I am a creative, playful, explorer. I work from home as a graphic design freelancer. Involved in community projects aimed at the general improvement of Muizenberg as a community and making things happen for ourselves.
I love the Mountain and Ocean that I live between.I love my home and meeting interesting people - that's why I'd like to share it with you. I love food from beginning to end: sowing to reaping to eating:)
When I travel I make a concerted effort to get as local a connection as possible to the place I am staying in ie: staying with locals in their homes and getting the inside story of the place.
