The space
The perfect location, in the heart of Lisbon, makes it unique : a 3 mn walk from trendy Chiado, from arty Bairro Alto districts and from all public transportation, a 10mn walk from lively Baixa district and fashionable Avenidade da Liberdade. The iconic tram 28 is around the corner, jogging along from Chiado hill to Alfama hill (St Jorge castle) to Estrela (Parliament, Basilica, gardens) to Lapa (palaces, museum of Arte Antiga). The train station is down the street, and every 20 mn a train will take you along the Tagus river to Belem (Monastery of Jeronimos, Belem tower) and along the sea side to the beaches (Estoril, Cascais)
You will love the brightness and design of this 50m2 open space with air conditioning, the comfort of the dining and sitting areas, the coziness of the sleeping area with its ensuite dressing room, the full bathroom and equipped kitchen.
You will thoroughly enjoy chilling out on the terrace while sipping a delicious local cocktail!
You will appreciate the attractive amenities with a very special drink to cheer you up after your trip, a yummy breakfast offered and prepared for the first morning with a fresh loaf of bread, jam, butter, selection of fruit, juice, coffee, tea and cream (reserves are provided for a couple of days) a cup of Nespresso blend to pep you up after a tiresome day of touring around the city!

I’m very enthusiastic at the idea of welcoming you and sharing with you the riches of the most poetical city in Europe. After many years spent abroad (Cuba, Central America, West Africa, Brazil…) far away from home (Paris) I literally fell in love with Lisbon and decided to make it my permanent residence. “But why?” one is about to say… Well, as soon as I arrived, I felt like a fish in the water and I couldn’t resist the sight of this sleeping beauty along the Tagus river, in a golden light… the warmth of the Portuguese people, the charm of neighborhoods that belong to the past, the mystery of the narrow and winding cobbled streets, the decadent beauty of palaces, of churches and convents … and this amazing contrast between Lisbon, city of the past with Lisbon, city of the future, with its suspended Vasco da Gama bridge and the expo 1998 site.. You’ll be under the spell like I was and still am and I can promise you that you’ll cherish the memories of your stay in Lisbon!
