Our traditional property is located in the middle of Santa Caterina countryside, a small typical town of the ionian coast, not far from the bigger town of Soverato.
The house is placed on a typical hill full of olive trees.
It is only 150 meters from the sea.
The closest beach can be reach by foot; it is quiet and relaxing.
Nearest, in the town, there are available shops, restaurants and other touristic services.

With reference to the exterior, I would underline the beauty of a bucolic landscape, on a slight hill, therefore very windy on summer(this is a point of strength when there are more than 30/35 degrees), near a splendid beach and crystal clear sea. Exclusive and secluded, it allows guests not to have any problems that may instead concern stays in the city center (noise, traffic, neighborhood). Any service, however, can be reached in a few minutes by car.
