Mirav's Cabin #5 was outstanding. Clean, superbly lit, and comfortably appointed. My girl and I had a great time together here - We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. ;) The cabin is only a few minutes scenic drive into the heart of town.

We had a wonderful stay in Woodstock, and an especially wonderful Airbnb experience. The home was beautiful. The natural light was great to wake up to in the morning. We did a lot of cooking during our stay, and Mirav had everything we needed. And of course, the hot tub was fantastic. I would highly recommend this home for your trip to Woodstock!

Communication with Mirav was very smooth. The house was very well taken care off, clean and I liked the style of "cabin". The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was great! I wouldn't change anything about the place. Hope to come back!

Mirav had a lovely home. Really enjoyed the stay and close to some really nice restaurants. Wished the fireplace could stay on, on command but still did the job warming the house up. Everything was great. Amazing jacuzzi. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The cabin is a relatively new build about 1.5 miles from the center of Woodstock. It was clean and light and had lots of space for 2 people. The main draw, as a read of the guest book suggests, is the hot tub, which is large, clean and comfortable and great for soaking the muscles after a good hike. The air conditioning worked well and was a relief in the humid weather. Booking is a little more than the normal AirBnB process, and having to accept additional terms and conditions is a little off putting, particularly as most of them are generic and standard anyway. We had a mix up on prices which took up some time, but we got there in the end. The cabin misses a few touches that would make it truly luxury. Some of the furniture is tired or damaged, such as the breakfast table. Two old mid-sized towels were provided, where you might expect a more modern full set per person. Things like cushions for the outside chairs, a hair dryer and iron would all help take it up the luxury scale. Having said that, it is clean and tidy and everything works. The settling is peaceful [it is next to the road, but it is not a busy road at all and the hot tub is well screened]. We certainly had a relaxing time there and it was a good base for the area. Woodstock itself is a drive away, so the cabin is not really in the 'heart' of town [you can see that from the listing so shouldn't be a surprise]. There are restaurants and cafes in the town, but it's a pretty cliché place, almost a parody, with the drum circles, flea markets and 'hippies'. Keep in mind that things can get very busy and also most places close pretty early. There are some great trails around, ranging from easy to pretty technical.

This is one of several cabins that Mirav's company rents out. Like other rental companies that cross-post their offerings to Airbnb, they have their own set of terms and conditions that I was asked to agree to after Mirav accepted my reservation request. Her communication was prompt, but being asked to acknowledge a separate agreement over email was not welcome. The cabin was not easy to find at night with the provided directions. We drove up and down the street it's located on several times until we found it. Despite being recent remodeled, the cabin does not have AC in the main kitchen/living/dining area. When we arrived quite late at night, the house was over 85 degrees, even with the overhead fan on. Thankfully there's a window unit in the bedroom, which cooled down quickly, but for the rest of our stay we had to leave the windows and sliding doors open at all times just to keep the place at a reasonable temperature. The house was very pleasant when the weather cooled down for the last day of our stay, but I would think twice before staying here during hot weather. The cabin is located very near the road, making it not particularly private. It's furnished very basically, with some furnishings in poor condition. The dining table is covered in dents, for example, while the pegs in the Ikea platform bed were coming loose. The kitchen has most of what you'd need to cook, but lacks a dishwasher. The shower accessories are starting to rust. While we appreciated the short driving distance to the village center of Woodstock, we felt that the place was significantly overpriced for what was on offer. It should not be described as a "luxury" cabin, and would be a reasonable deal at $100 per night. At $200 per night plus cleaning fees and the Airbnb service fee, you're better off looking elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I had a great little getaway for a few nights at the cabin. The space was very cozy and had everything we needed to escape for a while in the woods. We had deer visit while soaking in the hot tub and amazing views of the stars at night. Would love to visit again! Thanks Mirav!
