Light and bright room with comfy queen size bed, desk with chair, arm chair to relax, sliders to pool area. Pool and spa is not heated, heater is broken I will update once it is fixed. Private bathroom with walk in shower.

The space
Not suitable for small children as opens directly onto pool. Please feel free to use pool, please note pool and spa are not heated as heater is broken beyond repair) area or screened lanai overlooking lake at rear of house. You can use washer dryer in main house, just ask and I will be happy to let you in. Small refridgerator in room for you convenience and pod style coffee maker. I supply 2 coffee and 2 tea pods, two bottles of water creamer and sugar per night for your use.

Quiet residential are but close to shops and restaurants on Pine Island Rd. Quick access to Punta Gorda Airport via Burt Store Rd. 5 mins from VA Clinic , 10 mins from Matlacha, 10 mins to Merchants crossing fir cinema Bealls, Home Depot, Lowe’s McDonalds etc. 40 mins to Ft Myers Beach 20 mins to Yacht Club and Cape Coral Beach, 20 mins to Downtown Ft Myers. 40 mins to RSW Airport.

Love life, cooking, photography, swimming, the beach and my kids. I was born in Ireland and part of me is still there, I travel back and forth on a regular basis visiting friends and family. Life is an adventure, best shared. I am a realtor and love helping people find their dream home or as close as they can get on their budget. I always have my phone on me and use the camera to describe with pictures more than words, also in my bag is my kindle so I can escape into an adventure novel. Ice cream and chocolate are two of my essential food groups. I believe food always tastes better with company and after dinner is a great time for chats and tales of adventure, hope dreams and aspirations.

I respect your privacy and sometimes need mine, but always can find time to answer your questions or just for chat to make your stay fun. I want you to be able to relax and enjoy your time at my home as much as I do.
