Welcome to our wonderful, quiet house in the middle of the magical Catalan Pyrenees with a lot of light and hiking / cycling trails starting literally from our doorstep.

Perfect for a nature getaway or work retreat that remains conveniently accessible- 5 min from the town of Prades and 45 from Perpignan. We are about 1h from the Mediterranean AND from ski slopes, and the area offers forests, lakes, castles, and much more!

The space
The home is made up of 3 small Catalan traditional houses that were combined and renovated to maintain a rustic and authentic style - it is hundreds-of-years-old, with many staircases and a lot of character! The house is part of the small village itself, but at the same time is directly facing the forest and has a small terrace (featuring a 4 person table) with a beautiful view overlooking Mount Canigou.

Guest access
The home has a living room together with a big fireplace. There are two bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

There is also a balcony outside the entrance/kitchen with a table that seats 4 and a lovely view of the mountain.

There is a washing machine that guests can use.

The kitchen has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, gas stove top and a great coffee machine!

Other things to note
The main entrance is up an exterior flight of stairs, and once inside access to the private bathroom is also down a flight of stairs. The house itself has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Free parking is available 50m from the house in one of the many village parking lots.
