On the ground floor you find a large living room with fireplace.

Fully equipped kitchen with dinning area, fridge, stove and oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, iron and ironing board, pots and pans, dishes/cutlery and kitchen utensils.

There is a terrace accessed from the kitchen with barbecue and an outdoor table for 6 where you can enjoy al fresco meals with wide view over the countryside landscape.

There is a complete bathroom with shower.

There are 2 flat TVs (one in the living room and the other in the kitchen).


FIRST FLOOR

All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor.

Two bedrooms with access to the balcony - one of the bedrooms have a small private toilet (fitted only with toilet and washbasin).

There is a complete bathroom with bathtub.

All linen and towels are provided.

SELF CHECK-IN

This is a self check-in property.
Keys are collected from a Master Lock key safe box opened with a 4-digits PIN code combination, generated for each reservation and valid during the period of stay.

Guests are requested to complete a Guest Identity Registration form (Accommodation Bulletin) before check-in instructions are sent.

For safety and insurance regulation purposes and compliance with legal requirements, only registered guests are allowed to access the property.
