The house is a three story house in a quiet but quite central part of Reykjavík. Close to "Perlan" a tourist attraction and 10 minute walk to Kringlan the main shopping mall. A walk to down town Reykjavik takes 20-25 minutes or alternatively one bus from close to our home. 5 minutes and you are on your way driving north or east

The space
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, the smaller bathroom, and laundry room. In our backyard there is a nice, private, wooden jacuzzy. 2nd floor has the kitchen, living room with TV, dining room and the fireplace room / piano and balcony. The 3rd floor has three bedrooms, the master bedroom, two children rooms, TV area and bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Two private parking spots are in front of our garage. The house is perfect for two parties to share as there is a bathroom and a shower on the 1st and the 3rd floor.

Where you’ll be

Reykjavík, Iceland

Our neighbourhood is very quiet dispite being centrally located. Short distance to down town, and even shorter distance to a lovely green area around “Perlan”. 1.5km away we have Nauthólsvík, with á small beach, warm jacuzzies, sauna and good facilities to bathe in the Atlantic ocean, should you dare ;). Two restaurants close by; Bragginn bistro and Nautholl.
