This is a lovely, light and modern private studio apartment that is attached to the owners house. The apartment has double patio doors and is accessed from the back of the house where there is secure parking for one small car or motorbike. The studio has a large and peaceful bed sitting area, a small sunny private patio, a private shower room and small kitchen and dining area. Tea, Coffee and a bottle of milk will be provided free of charge but breakfast is not included.

The space
The studio apartment opens on to the small patio at the back of the house which overlooks woodland. This makes it very light and airy and also quiet and peaceful. The apartment is two minutes from a walk to the Deils Cauldron waterfalls along the river and its a five minute stroll into the village.

Where you’ll be

Comrie, Scotland, United Kingdom

We are quietly situated in the village of Comrie with many lovely walks right on the doorstep. Comrie has a strong sense of community and there are often local music, cinema and other social events going on in the village hall, details of which can be found on the Comrie website. The village has a variety of shops including a delicatessen, general store, baker, butcher, fruit and veg shop. For eating out here are a couple of cafes, two pubs, a fish and chip shop and a lovely restaurant all within easy walking distance. Comrie Croft Mountain Bike Centre is a few miles up the road.
