Quiet riverside country Cottage in the uplands of the North Pennines, with limestone flooring, underfloor heating and log burner. Tilery cottage is perfectly situated for discovering the outdoors whether it be while hill walking, cycling, pony trekking or bird watching, then unwind beside it's generous log burner or enjoy long soaks in it's cast iron roll top bath by evening.

The space
Lovely daylight flooded kitchen diner with large glazed aspect to a small walled front patio. The dining table is central to the space offering an open socialising area while cooking. The sitting room has a large wood burner with large sofa, and chairs for relaxing, TV FreeSat plus a BlueRay DVD player. There is an adjacent office room to the side with desk space for writing, drawing or reading.
One floor up there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with roll top cast iron bath (sorry no shower).
Bedroom one has a king size bed (equivalent to USA queen size), it is a full size mattress not zip&link).
Bedroom two can be configured for either twin beds or a king bed (zip & link), please let me know before your arrival which configuration you will prefer, asap after booking is best but at least one week before arrival.
