This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath very comfortable home. Serene, unobstructed views from every room! Hardwood floors, custom wood cabinetry, travertine counters, washer & dryer, fireplace with log mantle, and a large deck on each level. The Master Suite and Bedroom 2 have direct access to the upper deck & jacuzzi.
Walking distance to golf course and Grass Valley Lake, which features bbq pits, park benches and kids playground. The home's location provides for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and fishing. Enjoy the fresh air, stunning scenery, seasonal stream (spring) and wildlife.

Access to the entire home with the exception of the garage and the master closet.
