The space
Brilliant spacious apartment in ZONE 1 for up to 7 people, in a brand new building.
This is a new listing, however I have over 500 brilliant reviews from happy guests

LOCATION: 10mins walk to
-London Bridge / Tower of London
-City (Financial area)
-Shoreditch (Trendiest, arty part of London)
-Brick Lane (Alternative, multicultural, vintage markets area)
Start the most exciting walk by Thames river from Tower Bridge (10mins walk from the apartment), passing by the modern City Hall, Shakespeare's Globe, Tate Modern Museum, London Eye and all the great surroundings of South Bank up to the Parliament / Big Ben. When you arrive to Big Ben you can take the metro back home or carry on discovering the West End.

BUILDING:
The flat is part of a brand new development and it is perfect for a family or a group of friends to relax and have a great night sleep after a long day out. Even thought the flat is in ZONE 1 and walking distance to busy areas, you won't be woken up by sirens or horns in the morning.

APARTMENT:
Really comfortable three double beds (master bedroom is ensuite), plus a comfy sofa in the living area.
There are ALL the things that you need in the flat:
-Internet Wi-Fi / TV
-Dish Washer / dishwasher tablets / kitchen towel
-Washing Machine / soap to wash clothes and conditioner / clothes airer / Iron and Iron Board
-Microwave / Toaster / Kettle / Cutlery / sauce pans / frying pan / kitchen utensils

-Bed clothes
-Adapters for UK sockets
-Also, there are coffee, tea, sugar, powder milk, spices, oil, so you won't need to buy any of those basic things

The whole apartment is for yourselves. There is also a FREE gym in the building.

Be assured that like ALL my previous guests, you will have an exceptional experience.
Regarding Check-in / Check-out: I’m very flexible about it as long as it is possible. You can check in and check out at any time if there are no guests before or after you. You can also drop off your suitcases here at 11am if you arrive before the apartment is ready.
The day you leave the apartment, you will be allowed to check out as late as 11am if someone else is checking in on the same day. You'd be allowed to check out later than 11am if there were no one checking in right after you. You can leave your suitcases here and pick them up later on.
The same applies to our previous guest. They might leave the apartment early in the morning and in that case we can have the apartment cleaned and ready earlier than 11am. If not, we need three hours to clean the apartment. In this case, you will be able to check in by 2pm the latest. Again, you can always drop off your suitcases here and go for a coffee until we finish preparing the apartment. Before you realise the apartment is all yours!
Minimum stay: it is usually 3 nights minimum stay. However, if you found this apartment by searching for a shorter period of time, then it means it is available on those days, even though it is less than 3 nights. (If you are looking for one night only, then please do message me before booking).

Neighbourhood highlights

Unlike many other places in central London, this is a very quiet street where there are almost no traffic, ambulance, police etc. And still walking distance to the busy spots. Also, windows have double glazing. By the next morning, you will feel reluctant to leave home :)
