Reasonably priced option for those needing somewhere to crash after events like conferences or weddings. Up to 2 dogs allowed. Decking with BBQ for disposable BBQ tray. Woods and small lake on doorstep. 25 mins away from beach. Takeaways, post office and grocery store 5 mins walk away. Games and 2 smart TVs for rainy days.

Home from home, warm, convenient with well equipped kitchen. Open plan living and dining area, table has extra leaf to increase size to fit 8 people. Perfect for stargazing as very little light pollution in this rural location. Has dog bed as large bean bag and outdoor hose pipe to wash down after walks. Decking is fenced in.
