A spacious room, located on the 2nd floor of a spacious 5 storey shophouse at the heart of Ipoh New Town (Taman Jubilee). A newly refurbished shophouse on the bustling main street, with popular food destinations and shops located conveniently within walking distance.

With a deluxe hotel standard queen size bed and 1 single bed, be sure to have a good night’s rest. This room comes with open wardrobe and full length mirror.

Comes with a small private bathroom equipped with hot water shower; please note that the private bathroom is not ensuite and is OUTSIDE of the room (bathroom key will be provided).

Free WIFI available in the room and common areas. Fresh bed linens, towels and basic toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap) are provided for your stay. Hair dryer is available in the room.

Facing the inside and away from the main streets (no windows in the room), the south rooms are designed for our guests who prefer a quieter room as compared to the rooms on the other side of our guesthouse.

Travel and work; includes access to the 1st floor coworking space, the ideal place to work when travelling. Plenty of work desks, WiFi access and pantry facilities for your use. This room is on the 2nd floor of a newly refurbished 5 level shophouse on the busy Main Street of Ipoh New Town, so do expect a certain level of noise due to the central location; this room is located on the inner side and has no windows, so there will be lesser noise as compared to our other rooms facing the Main Street.

If you're driving, public carpark spaces are available nearby the building and in the UTC building nearby. A RM4 whole day parking coupon can be used throughout the whole Ipoh area (no parking coupon required for Sundays and public holidays)
