This beautiful alpine style unit is centrally located in the Methven township. It is an ideal place for a romantic retreat or a family getaway. The new log burner with heat transfer makes this house lovely and warm. With a ski bus stop 100m away this is an ideal location for a ski holiday on beautiful Mt Hutt. This unit is an ideal base to enjoy all the district offers. This includes hunting, fishing, jet boating, mountain biking, walking or just relax in the idylic setting of Methven.

The space
We renovated this unit a year ago and we are so excited to be able to offer this lovely space for people to stay from all over the world. We have set it up with new beds, bedding, kitchen equipment, towels etc. Our space is unique in that it caters for many different people. We wanted to have a place where a couple could come and have a romantic getaway, friends could come and have a great time away together and families could have some quality time together experiencing Methven and all the area has to offer. We also have a porta cot, high chair, toys, board games, ride on bikes out the back for preschoolers. We just really want to create a special place where people come and feel valued and can both rest and have fun. :)

Our neighbourhood is very friendly, quiet and peaceful. The mountain range views are spectacular especially as you drive into Methven. We have lived in Methven for 18 years and so we know the area well and have absolutely loved bringing up our three girls here. The people in our community are what make it so incredibly special.
