TAWARRI is a recently renovated, environmentally conscious, beautiful studio stone studio apartment. It has one spacious living area with a lofty vaulted ceiling with a luxury bathroom attached. Tastefully decorated, the Studio is well appointed with aircon, kitchenette, TV and is nestled on an acre of bushland garden. Just 150m from the beautiful Glenelg River and a stone's throw from the Lower Glenelg National Park, Tawarri is only 3.5km for the pristine beaches of Discovery Bay.

The space
Tawarri is on an acre of quiet, secluded natural bushland that almost feels like it's in the National Park, where the wildlife is literally on your doorstep. Roos, wallabies, echidna, sugar gliders, possums, and even an occasional emu can be seen from the doorstep. It's proximity to the bush, river and beach make it an ideal place for walking, boating, swimming, bird watching, fishing or simply retreating from a busy life.

Tawarri is suited to singles, couples and families with one Queen bed and two camp beds that can be used either in the Studio itself or in the adjacent meditation room (30m away). The Studio is fully rainwater supplied and largely solar powered. The kitchen has a great range of cooking facilities including hotplates, microwave and numerous electrical appliances provided for maximum guest comfort. The local well-stocked shop is open seven days.

On the walls of the Studio are works of art by local artists James R Butt (paintings) and Lyn Butt (photos). These works are all for sale, and we can pass on their number to them if you are interested in purchasing any of them.

There is also a TV (HD&LCD&DVD), sound system and a heating/cooling split system, none of which make this space unique, but all of which contribute to making this well designed, delightful space even more inviting and enjoyable to be in.
