A spacious top floor apartment with a separate tidy balcony that is overlooking the waterfront and the Royal Armouries museum. Comes with a comfortable double bed in a clean ensuite bedroom, a large living room with a built-in kitchen and a full length standing punching bag for stress therapy. The apartment is only a short (10-15 min) walk from the city centre, yet the neighbourhood is quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

The apartment has two bedrooms, however only the master bedroom (ensuite) will be available as the other one is used for storage.

Other things to note
There is no allocated parking at the property, however there are the following options regarding parking:
Option 1: On-street parking right outside the building, restrictions apply (2hrs max stay between 8am and 6pm, Monday-Saturday)
Option 2: Free unrestricted on-street parking 8-10min walk from the building (Sayner Lane, Fox Way)
Option 3: Secure CitiPark multi-storey carpark (£2 per hour, £12 for 24hrs or £14 for the entire weekend)

Although I've been parking my own car on the streets for years without problems and the general area is quite safe (there's CCTV and a security guard doing the rounds), I cannot guarantee the safety of your vehicle during your stay, so if in doubt, please use the secure carpark (Option 3).

Leeds Dock is a trendy development close to the city centre. City centre is about 10-15min walk or a short taxi ride (£5 - £10). There is Water Taxi operating most days from 10am until 6pm, which can take you to Granary Wharf near the train station and costs only £2 (one way).

Royal Armouries Museum is based nearby and is only a 3 minute walk away from the apartment. It's free to get in and it's definitely one of the must see places in the area.
