Cozy wooden house 1 km from the beach, located in Almayate (Torre del Mar) Malaga, Andalusia.
This country house consists of an attic, an open kitchen with an American bar that opens onto the living room. Master bedroom and bathroom.
Outside there is a cozy covered porch, a swimming pool with a garden, and a barbecue area.
The sea can be seen from the barbecue area and the outside of the porch.

The area where the house is located is a very quiet place with few neighbors, surrounded by countryside with fruit trees.
It has good access via the N340 highway
Located two minutes from the beach (by car). The closest beach to the house is the so-called Playa Madrid, which is practically deserted on weekdays.
Five minutes from the village of Almayate where you will find everything you need (restaurants, and different shops). And about eight minutes from the always-tourist Torre del Mar where you can enjoy the multitude of restaurants and beach bars typical of the Costa del Sol, or simply stroll along the promenade by the sea.
The area is practically unspoiled and undeveloped. You can walk along the different trails and enjoy the unbeatable ocean and mountain views.
To the west, there is Rincón de la Victoria, Malaga capital, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella, and Ronda. To the east, La Caleta with its port, Frigiliana, Nerja, the cliffs of Maro, La Herradura and many typical and charming Andalusian villages.
Located 1 hour from Granada (Sierra Nevada), Córdoba and about two hours from the rest of the provinces of Andalusia.
