Enjoy the mountains in our peaceful, cozy home away from home! Sugar Mountain is more than just a ski resort, featuring tennis courts, a scenic golf course and mountain biking trails. Nearby attractions include the Alpine Coaster, Grandfather Mtn, Linville Falls, the Blue Ridge Parkway and more. In the winter, you can walk to the ski slopes, a skating rink and tubing, and skiers will have access to a full-size locker at the lodge. No matter what your interests, this location has it all.

The space
Our quiet end unit is nestled on a beautiful wooded lot with golf course views and a mountain stream; it’s a lovely place for a retreat. Drive five minutes out of the village to find restaurants, wineries, shopping and grocery stores, or stay put, relax and enjoy the sounds of nature from the covered deck. The condo is tastefully decorated with a warm and inviting ambience. High-speed internet and ROKU TV's will keep you connected, while the fully-equipped kitchen is inviting for cooks. The unit is on one floor with two roomy bedrooms and a living room with a pull-out sofa. Both bedrooms contain TV’s and queen-sized beds, and the unit has central heat and A/C. Perfect for two couples or a small family.
