If you are looking for security, comfort, practicality and proximity to everything, our space is perfect!
We are a few meters from the Violeta market, just a 15-minute walk to USP and 2 km to the Metro. You'll find all the shopping and transportation you need within walking distance.
Our space is divided into 7 fully private kitchens, ensuring comfort and independence.
Ideal for those looking for practicality and a well-equipped place for a limited time.

The space
We offer full Kitnets (we have 7 units), accessible by stairs. All have a private kitchen and bathroom. Only the laundry room with the washing machine is in a shared backyard and can be used once a week at no additional cost.
The suite is comfortable and very clean. It has TV, WI-FI internet, 2 single beds, fan and computer desk.
The kitchen, also PRIVATE, has a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and all utensils for snacks and quick meals. You will feel at home, in all privacy.
We do not have a garage but you can park the car on the up street or in parking (paid) in front of the house.
We are next to a pizzeria, in front of a bakery and to go to the supermarket just practically cross the street! Everything is very practical!
Important: we do not allow guests to receive visits during their stay!!!

If you usually arrive home after 22h or like to go to clubs and parties often this place is not suitable for your hosting. The noise of doors and stairs bothers other guests and residents.

We have no parking or garage.

The space offered is private, not shared with other guests.

Consider that this place is very well located and is on a busy avenue (main avenue of the neighborhood) and that on weekends at night there may be noise from bars nearby. We are neighbors of a pizzeria and it is open daily until around midnight.

The washer is for shared use, allowed once a week.

Butantã is the most wooded neighborhood in the west zone. In our neighborhood, we have the "Cidade Universitária - USP," so the frequency of young students is high. Near the residence, you will find a variety of shops: Bus stop (50 meters), several pizzerias next door, bakery in front, Japanese products and perfumery 50 meters away, supermarket 100 meters away, Banks (Santander, Itaú, Bradesco and CEF), Brazilian regional food restaurant 100 meters away. Rest assured, the biggest advantage of staying with us is mainly the location. The Butantã Metro Station is 2.2 km from the residence.
