Sue was so great. She gave great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. There is also great info in the house regarding all that Chattanooga has to offer. We loved walking down to the local sports bar for dinner. I found Sue so helpful and friendly! I also really …

Great place to stay. Very convenient to the Northshore, but downtown is still very accessible. Great house!! Great house!!

Thanks for the heads up on things. I'll check. I was there all afternoon and no gnats. Maybe they moved on? Do you happen to remember if the leak in the kitchen happened when the water filter wasn't on? I think it makes a difference--but I only turn the knob for the filter for drinking water. I expect you would do so for cooking, too. At any rate, all the things you mentioned will be looked at for sure! I'm so glad you liked my house. I love the area and the convenience and the great guests I have had!

What an awesome stay! Sue was an accommodating hostess, leaving ample paper products and toiletries and even a partially stocked pantry for us to use! Her place is very comfortable and it was great to be in walking distance to the hip city center. We were visiting Chattanooga f…

Sorry about the roaches and cobwebs. After spraying for bugs, a few do crawl out and die, but I thought I had found them! Because I am having to apply for a business license, I had a couple weeks with no one there, so that may account for the floors being dusty. I think my maid is usually pretty good, but I'll pay more attention to that. Spiders are doing their Halloween decorating, and I went around the day before you came, but I missed things I guess. Getting old means you don't see all that, which is sometimes a blessing! ;-) Sigh. Sorry. Thanks for the tips for the coffee maker! I'll check it when I go back. We're having to install more smoke/CO2 detectors and railings so I'll have a little time again to work on things. THIS time I know not to have it cleaned until a day or 2 before the next guest. You guys were great. Come back next time you come to our city. I agree that it's a convenient place to see everything in town. I love that neighborhood. Wish I could stay there more.

We had a fantastic stay, and were thrilled with how easy it was to get from the house to downtown and also with the proximity of the publix, which is our favorite grocery store. The neighborhood was a friendly family neighborhood with an interesting mix of older houses and new ho…

It's a great location quite but close to downtown and many local uniqueness.

Response from Sue:
Thank you, Eva! ;-) I plan to update the furniture, and it has been cleaned, but I agree the couch needs work. Don't know how the toilet was missed as the house was cleaned for you before you came. Can you tell me what was not clean so I can make sure it doesn't happen again? I hope you enjoyed yourself anyway. Best wishes!
