A perfect little piece of paradise in the heart of Antibes at the Côte d'Azur.

Rented out on weekly or monthly basis, short or long term. Capacity 6 people.
The house has a ideal location, 300 m de la place de Gaulle, 2 min from the beach and 20 min from the airport.

Antibes-Juan les Pins is one of the most well known resorts on the Côte d'Azur, located between Nice (20 km) and Cannes (12km).
Juan les Pins is the most exciting part with an exciting nightlife where night owls run shoulders in summer as they move between fashionable night clubs, casino and even night shopping ...Antibes is quieter with a variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, chic hotels and private clubs.

25 km of coastline where pebble beaches give way to fine sandy beaches (public and private), secluded even secret creeks and 5 ports (Vauban, Galice, Crouton, Olivette and Salis). Port Vauban is the largest plasure boat port in Europe! We don't need to add that you can find every kind of water sports imaginable in Antibes.

NO Early Check-in or late checkout. This is a NON SMOKING property.
PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
SECURITY/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A security deposit of EUR 200 is required. This must be received
within five (5) days of booking the holiday property. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage
deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14)
days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
• No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. • No charges are
incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. • All debris,
rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin. • All keys are left to the owner and unit is left locked. •
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. • No linens are lost or damaged. •
early arrival or late departure can be agreed on with a written agreement . • Parking passes are left inside
the unit upon departure. • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the
local law enforcement.
PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to garantee the booking and/
or 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments
via personal cheques or bank transfer payable to [Your Name.] The advance payment is not a security
deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date or latest upon arrival
depending on agreement.
CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more
thansixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a
shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation
deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120)
daysprior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made
at leastninety (90) days prior to check-in.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a seven (7) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be
required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the
seven-night rate.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a Wifi connection and Cable TV. Facilities fees are included in the rental
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – Linens and bath towels are not included in the unit, daily maid
service is not included in the rental rate. However, they are available at an additional rate. We suggest you
bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.
FALSIFIED BOOKINGS – Any booking obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance
payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in
PARKING – Parking is not included in the rate but can be arranged for an extra cost.

We recommend you take out travel insurance for your trip.
