It's a Nature Reserve, that's where you'll find our B&B - The Lairds Lodge!
A total detox, no Wifi, no running water (except the river past your door) no mains electricity (just solar panels for lights) but bucket loads of peace and tranquillity in the middle of our Reserve.
A cosy Shepherd Hut style Cabin, with a wood burning stove and a gas ring.
A tasty breakfast of fruit, yoghurt and a croissant is provided plus tea & coffee.
The loo is outside, compost toilet, there is no shower.

Where you’ll be

Duror, Scotland, United Kingdom

Assuming you’ll be on the A82 from Glasgow, don’t take the Oban sign at Tyndrum, stay on the A82 heading for Fort William and you’ll go through Glencoe, through Ballachulish and then to a mini roundabout where you’ll turn off the A82 heading for Oban NOT Fort William/Inverness. Drive through Kentallen, then Duror and past the cemetery on your right, (still heading south on the Oban road A828) for just under 2 miles, along a reasonably straight section with a bend at the end (and a mirror opposite) that's the best place - just take your time as you get to the end of the straight as the left turn you want is right on the bend – watch for all the bare rock, two green plant tubs, a red sign and a wooden sign (but back off the road!) Take the left (open) gate and follow the track to the car park.
