Small but Cozy Cape cottage, ideal for small family or couple. Quiet family oriented neighborhood with 2 minute walk to private neighborhood beach. Relax in private patio with fenced in backyard. Equipped with fire pit and wood, BBQ gas grill and outdoor table and chairs. Conveniently located with close access to bridges that lead to lower cape. Short walk to Onset village and main public beaches and eateries and short drive to restaurants, grocery store, gas stations etc.

The space
Cottage is a small one level house with 1 step down to bedroom /sunroom. One bedroom has queen bed and sunroom has new queen sleeper sofa with luxury mattress. It has 1 full bath with tub. Towels and linens for beds included. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen table that seats 4 in kitchen area. Living room with comfortable couch and 52”smart TV and Wifi. Sunroom has washer and dryer. Outside private patio with fire pit and BBQ gas grill.

Guest access
Guests can park their cars at the cottage and walk to our private beach or drive to multiple other beaches on the Cape. Short walk to village for restaurants, pizza and ice cream or late night canal cruise. Onset has many local nearby attractions like Water Wizz water park for kids. If you would like to relax at night we have an outdoor fire pit with wood included or walk to beach for a gorgeous sunset.

Other things to note
Multiple local restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Boat, kayak, stand up paddleboard rental at Onset fishing pier. Weekly live bands at Onset's bandshell or at the gazebo at Cape Cod canal. Plus many other events like Blues Festival, Cape Verdean Festival, or Illumination night, etc. Also available are Cape Cod Canal live music cruises from Onset dock.
Best part is there are "No" Cape bridges to deal with so you can spend you time on the beach instead of sitting in traffic.
