Our Guest House is located facing the valley of "Roannay", this place ensures calm and serenity. The common area will welcome you for breakfast as well as for all your moments of relaxation, reading, TV (Smart TV, Netflix). it overlooks the south facing terraces on which you can enjoy the outdoor furniture and sunbathe or enjoy the Jacuzzi at your disposal. Our two bedrooms are particularly quiet, tastefully decorated and well equipped.

We provide a "Continental" breakfast service at a price of €19.00/pers. The accommodation is within walking distance from the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps and is conveniently located between Spa, Malmédy and Stavelot. We are at the center of this beautiful region with a carnival tradition offering countless opportunities for walkers and cyclists.

Access to your room and common living spaces, superb Veranda with views of the terraces, garden and Roannay valley. our acuzzi is on a terrace and is accessible from 10:00 to 21:00 except in case of heavy snowfall.Documentations relating to regional activities, walking and cycling walks, various points of interest and advice in these matters.

Our Jacuzzi is accessible all year except in case of excessive snow. We serve a "Buffet Continental" every day for €18.00 upon request.
