Gorgeous top-floor heritage loft with original exposed brick, 15-ft ceilings, and sweeping ocean views from shared rooftop deck - all in the heart of Victoria's vibrant OldTown. Located in the historic 1896 Leiser building, next to famous Waddington Alley - stroll the waterfront steps away, explore boutique shops, try matcha tea in Canada's oldest Chinatown, or walk along the seawall to the Inner Harbour, where the Empress and whale-watching awaits!

The suite is tastefully decorated and includes all the essentials you'll need for a relaxing stay. You can kick back and enjoy Netflix or Amazon Prime Video on the 55 inch LED TV, or play one of the many board games around the solid marble and teak dining room table. Then, head upstairs for a good night's rest in the luxurious king-size bed with ultra-comfortable bedding. Tomorrow, start your day of adventure off right with delicious, locally-roasted coffee and bask in the the sun pouring in through the over-sized living room window.

You will enjoy full, private access to the suite during your stay. You can also head upstairs to the communal rooftop patio to enjoy 360 degree views of downtown Victoria, the Inner Harbour, and the Olympic mountains.

There is no parking available on the property. There is a public parking garage located directly across the street.

**NOTE: We had a guest leave valuables in the car and experience a break in, so DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES in the car

This is an open, two-story loft. The upstairs bedroom is not suitable for children due to the railings and open stairwell.
