Our luxurious Cycladic-style home will welcome you for your vacation on the island of Ios, 400m from the beautiful beach of Yalos.
Located slightly above, you will enjoy a panoramic view of Kampos (the countryside), Chora (the village), the port and finally the beach.
All this in absolute tranquility, away from the lively life of the village, but close to all amenities.
Unfortunately, we don't accept groups of students.

The space
Our house, with its typical Cycladic style is entirely new and made with respect to traditional materials (marble, wood, waxed concrete and painted cement).
The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, an indoor dining area as well as a cosy/TV corner, all rocked by modern and soft lighting.
But on Ios, we live outside!!!!
Exteriors:
A large outdoor living room awaits you for your aperitifs and evenings as well as a dining area in the shade of the large pergola.
You can feast on fresh fish a la plancha prepare in the outdoor kitchen before going to lie down in the corner "bed-suspended" for a nap rocked by the winds of the cyclades... or you may prefer to sleep on the sunbeds of the solarium...
