*Security deposit: Rest assured that you will NOT be charged the security
deposit upfront. You'll only be charged in the event of any damages done to
the apartment during your stay

*Strictly no smoking inside the unit (PENALTY RM 200 WILL BE IMPOSED)

*Kindly clean kitchen and cutlery after use other wise will be charge RM 30
for kitchen cleaning fees.

*The number of guest must not EXCEED of guests registered on the
reservation otherwise PENALTY RM 100 will charge on guest.

*If you need more FREQUENT housekeeping, it comes at additional cost and
we will arrange on the best effort basis

*Kindly switch off lights, air conditioning, water heater and other electrical
appliances when not in used or before leaving the unit for preserve
electricity & safety concerns.
