1 bedroom (queen bed)/1 bathroom apartment in excellent condition. Spacious, comfortable and safe. Pleasant cross breeze due to layout. Apartment has a balcony with a spectacular view of the San Juan Harbor, with El Yunque in the background.

The space
The bedroom has AC. It also has a beautiful view of the San Juan Harbor. The bed was updated to a queen size frame and mattress in August 2016.

THE APARTMENT IS ON THE FOURTH FLOOR. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.

Located at La Puntilla, the apartment is just steps away from the "Paseo de La Princesa" promenade, the Governor's mansion and all other monuments and historical points of interest in the old city. The apartment is within walking distance of all restaurants, bars, boutiques, grocery stores, etc. in Old San Juan. The closest beach is Balneario El Escambron which is accessible by foot, bus or car.

Situated on the same street as the Coast Guard, the apartment complex is constantly monitored by local and federal police. The apartment building is right in front of el Museo del Arsenal (see pictures).
