The space
Living Room - The main living area of the apartment is spacious, bright and sunny. Provides comfortable sitting and a 49” 4K smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services. There is access to a nice private balcony with a sitting area.

Kitchen & Dining area - There is a dining area for 5 and a modern fully equipped kitchen with oven, stoves, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, dish washer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

Bedroom 1 – Spacious and airy bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. Both beds have high quality mattresses, linen and pillows. The bedroom provides privacy, has large wardrobes with hangers and drawers, a work space, a safe and is fully air-conditioned.

Bathroom - The bathroom is spacious and has a large shower. A pro hair dryer and a magnifying mirror are installed. Shampoo, shower gel and soap are offered for the first days of your stay.

All areas are air-conditioned (cooling & heating) and independently controlled in each room.
There is reliable high speed internet throughout the apartment.
The apartment offers a small laundry room with washing machine and iron.

Athens Bliss #101 is on the 2nd floor. There is both an elevator and stairs to access the apartment.

Note about taxes:
As of January 1, 2024, the Greek government has implemented three new taxes for short-term rentals: a 13% Value Added Tax (VAT), an occupancy tax of 0.5%, and a Climate Change Resilience Tax of 1.5 euros per night for the months of March to October, and 0.5 euros per night for the months of November to February. These taxes are reflected as "Property use taxes" in booking cost analyses.

As of January 1, 2025, the Greek government has re adjusted the Climate Change Resilience Tax as follows: 8 euros per night for the months of April to October, and 2 euros per night for the months of November to March.

As of April 1st, 2025 the occupancy tax of 0.5% was increased to 0.75%.
