A traditional stone house of 90 sq.m. in Ano Riglia, Messinia surrounded by a big, beautiful garden of 1000 sq.m. The house is over 200 years old but has recently been refurbished to a great standard. The original style has been maintained with stone walls and exposed wooden beams but decoration is modern and minimal. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably and is child friendly.

The space
The house consists of 3 fully furnished bedrooms with comfortable beds, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The modern kitchen/dining area comes with a fridge/freezer, electric oven/ceramic top, dining table and a traditional stone fireplace. The bright living room is neutrally decorated and has two windows, one overlooking the garden and the other one offering great sea views. Through the kitchen you can find the large terrace that offers fantastic sea and mountain views. This terrace also overlooks the traditional church and cobblestone lane of the village and offers great sunset views.

The house is located a 3-minute drive from the main road that connects Kalamata to Areopoli (60km from Kalamata International Airport / 50km from Kalamata). The nearest beach (the beautiful Pantazi beach with a bar/café and restaurant) is a 5-minute drive away right next to the picturesque seaside village Agios Nikolaos (with various restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets etc.). Other traditional villages and beautiful beaches (Stoupa, Kalogria, Kardamyli, Foneas Gorge, Delfinia etc.) are a short 15 minutes away by car. The surrounding beaches can accommodate every taste (from fully organised beaches offering water sports/activities and sun loungers to quiet, untouched beaches) thus making the area excitingly versatile and ideal for every mood or preference.
