Thank you for your feedback! Since you got home very late in these two days(around mid night), i did not get a chance to talk to you. I also sent you messages to ask if everything is alright but you did not reply. I think most of the issues can be resolved by a good communication.
We provide three parking space in front the house.(one for each room), we spent a lot of money to make more parking space for the guests since it is very limited street parking around. You should take a look at the walk in instruction message or ask us if there is any parking space. The parking space is right in front of the main door, you cannot miss it.
The main door can be locked from outside by pressing the top button. I have descriped it in the walk in instruction as well. If you have any difficulty to operate the smart lock, you should contact me first.
I am sorry about the fly in the room, sometime they fly in from outside, but can be killed easily. We could help you on that as well.
The house does have a centralized AC and I kept it on all the time. Since these days are.very hot, I also provided a fan for each room.
Overall, sorry again about your bad experience. I am disappointed about that as well since I tried a lot of time to communicate with you but did not have a responce. Many of your issues will be resolved if we can talk or message to each other.
