1) 주차할 공간이 없습니다. 차를 가지고 오시면 주차할 곳이 없습니다.
2) 옥탑방이지만, 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐이 많으면 힘들게 짐을 들고 올라오셔야 합니다.
3) 전철역에서 7~10분 정도 걸어야 하고, 골목길을 굽이굽이 거쳐 오셔야 합니다. 역세권 아님!
4) 10시 이후에는 시끄럽게 하면 절대로 안 됩니다. 민원 들어옵니다.
5) 가스레인지 없습니다. 전자레인지만 있습니다.
