This is a lovely apt. Very comfortable and attractive. We loved our brief stay and found it perfect as a "grandparent flat" as our daughter lives in the neighbourhood. There were even toys and baby plate and utensils for our little grandson when he came to visit. Wonderful!

I like the decoration of this apartment and the fact that it has free street parking. It's typical Montreal Duplex apartment which gives you a living experience like a local. Subway is about 15 min walk away and there's a grocery store nearby. In general it's a convenient location.

Julie's place is minutes away from groceries and public transportation. Parking was right in front of her home. We were a group of four and found everything was perfect. Julie was available by phone every time we needed her help with questions related to sight seeing or grocery shopping. Home is located in a very lively place.

Loved the location, easy parking once you figure out restrictions of which there are very little in the Summer, beds are plentiful but not super comfortable, the apartment is nicely decorated to make you feel at home. The apartment is a quick walk to 2 subway stations and Jean Talon market. Nice backyard for the kids to play. The only negative was the upstairs neighbors with friends made so much noise roughly from 11pm to 4am the first night making it hard for our two kids and us sleeping.
