House rules
The host doesn’t allow pets, parties, or smoking.
The accommodation is part of a converted stable block sharing a courtyard with the main house. It offers an en suite double bedroom, lounge and fully fitted kitchen on a working alpaca breeding farm, fibre studio and shop. Both rooms have full length windows and double French doors that open out into the south facing courtyard. Whilst it is set on a main road, you only have to step into the paddocks to completely lose yourself in the magic of alpacas and the peace of the countryside.

The space
It is conveniently located for easy access to Worcester for the races, the cricket, cathedral and riverside walks. Stratford on Avon is within easy reach for everything Shakespeare. And if city life is more to your liking, Birmingham with the National Indoor Arena, National Exhibition Center and National Sea life Center are within an hours drive. More locally there are enough footpaths including the Wychavon Way, bridleways and nature reserves to keep the most wandering spirit happy. If that is not enough, the Cotswolds offers pretty villages and historic houses for more culture.Livery available for horses visiting with you. We accept well behaved dogs too.

Guest access
You will have your own parking space and gated entrance. On the farm you are welcome to join us in any farm activities or just to hang out in the field with the alpacas (just check which is the most appropriate field to wonder in). There is immediate access to public footpaths for dog walking.

Other things to note
We are a working farm so expect on occasion for there to be other people around when we do alpaca walks, run handling courses or fibre workshops. If you wish to participate, these can be booked on your arrival.
