Primitive cabin in Turku Archipelago. The cabin is on an island near Iniö with no public access. Water taxi can be ordered from Iniö. The cabin is about 42m2 incl. Sauna, fireplace, kitchennette and living area. No electricity nor running water but there is a well. No fridge.

The space
The Space:

This cabin is located in a large property of 14 hectares on an island with only boat access (private boat or water taxi). There are no neighbours anywhere near. You are surrounded by beautiful archipelago views and nature. Here you can relax, swim, fish, hike, pick blueberries and just enjoy the island living and the Baltic Sea.

The cabin is in good condition and equipped with wooden sauna, gas stove, fireplace and living room with dining table for 4 and beds for 4 people. There is an outhouse behind the cabin and 12v solar panel on the roof to charge mobile phones (this is not guaranteed due to weather and other possible system issues). There is no running water but the water from the well is drinkable.

The house has pillows and blankets. Guests need to bring their own towels, linens and other necessities. Also own gas and firewood (guests are welcome to make their own fire wood in the island from existing woods). There is no cleaning service so guests need to clean after themselves before they leave as well as take all their trash with them (collection pins are located at all public harbours).

Renting an archipelago cottage on a 14ha property. The cottage is about 40m2. Furnished and in good condition. Sleeps four (4 beds plus extra mattresses). In addition to the sauna department (sauna and dressing room), the cottage has a kitchen-living room and a fireplace. There's a gas stove in the kitchen. There's a gas grill outside. There is no water inside, but the well can be found where to pump water (drinkable). There's also no electricity, but there are solar panels on the roof, so they can get a little basic power (v12) to charge a cell phone, for example, with the reservation that the panel is working and not broken after the previous ones. Outdoor patio, outdoor toilet, summer pier and sandy beach. Neighbors are not nearby. There is a rowing boat on the island, among other things. Lovely place and nature. Services can be found on the main island of Iniö.

The cabin has pillows and blankets. Guests are expected to bring their own sheets, towels, and other essentials, as well as charcoal and gas. Since it's impossible to bring firewood to the island after guests leave, it's desirable for guests to make their own firewood. There is also no cleaning service available to the island, so guests must clean upon departure. You also need to take out the trash from the island.

There is no fridge in the cottage. There's a gas refrigerator, but it's hard to use, and it's not guaranteed to function. It's a good idea to bring food to the cottage in a cooler, and some of the food should be frozen in advance, for example. Food can also be stored in ice-cold well water in bags and containers, which can be found ready in the cottage. Also, a good tip is to prefer dry foods.

Guest access
14 hectares of land, sand beach and the cabin. There is also a row boat that guests are welcome to use.

14 acres of grounds, sandy beach and cottage on an outhouse. The cottage also has a rowing boat, which is available to tenants.

Other things to note
As this is a remote location, there is no cleaning service nor linens. Please plan to bring your own towels, linens, toilet papers and propane. Also if you plan to use the wood for the sauna and the fireplace, you are kindly requested to make your own wood as there is no possibility to bring wood to the cabin after guests leave. There are wood logs and hand tools available to make fire wood. All guests needs to take their own trash with them and clean when they leave.

What to bring?
- Please bring your own propane if you wish to used it for cooking and bbq
- mosquite repellent
- toilet paper and paper towel
- your own linens and towels
- food (the well water is drinkable so no need to bring drinking water)
