The ultimate Waiheke experience this stylish house is in a prime location only 100 metres to the water. It’s also only a short walk to Little Oneroa and Oneroa beach, shops and restaurants, so you’re right in the heart of the action. The bus stop is only a few doors down making the ferry easily accessible. This means a car isn’t necessary, but if you do have one there’s off street parking on a nice flat section (a rarity on Waiheke). The perfect place to relax and unwind!

Guest access
Guest can access all the common areas of the house. This includes the kitchen, please feel free to use this space to cook your own meals (including the use of basics ingredients that are available i.e. olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, soy sauce, vinegar etc).

The washing machine is also available for use. Please be mindful though that we are on water tank supply and have limited water in the drier parts of the year.

Other things to note
I have second room listed on AirBNB, so there may be other guests (or sometimes friends and family of mine) staying in my house during your stay. If there is a group of you looking for accommodation please contact me to see if there is availability for all of you stay together at my place.

The best of both worlds being located in a quiet neighbourhood where you're surrounded by birdsong, yet only walking distance to where all the action is i.e. the Oneroa village, Oneroa and Little Oneroa beaches and some of the popular vineyards - Mudbrick, Cable Bay and Jurassic Ridge. There is plenty of beautiful walks to do nearby covering the surrounding bush, beach and coastline.

I love to travel and share stories over a cup of cacao or nice glass of wine. Some of my favourite experiences so far have been exploring Petra in Jordan, hot air ballooning over both Cappadocia and the Masai Mara, seeing the mountain gorillas in Uganda and hang gliding in Rio De Janeiro. I am passionate about yoga and dance and also love to ski, snowboard and be out in nature, particularly the mountains, bush and ocean. My life is very full, with working full time, teaching yoga on the side (and doing continuous training and upskilling for this!) and fitting in as much travelling as is feasible in between. One of the things I love the most about hosting is hearing my guests stories about their home countries, travel experiences and where they want to visit next. It feels like one of my favourite parts of travelling, connecting with people and catching a glimpse of the world as they see it through their own unique lens, is being brought right to my doorstep.

During your stay
I love socialising with my guests and hearing your stories. I also understand that sometimes you may want time to yourself and am happy to give you this space too. I lead quite a busy like between my work and yoga commitments so there's a high chance I will be out and about but you are likely to run into me at some stage, unless I am off travelling (I will let you know if I'm going to be away during your stay).

I am also happy to give recommendations and suggestions of things to do on the island. If you have any questions at all please write to me and I'll get back to you as promptly as I can.
