Comfortable and spacious apartment in local neighborhood. Can comfortably sleep 3 families. Modern and equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and big private garden. The apartment's unique design and deco as well as the beautiful furniture from our travels are normally greatly appreciated by our guests. We also provide a rich list of local tips about what to do in the city... Last but not least, we have the best ice-cream in town across the street, but we are not sure that this is a positive thing!
Gorgeous apartment with high standard equipment and stylish decoration. Three comfortable bedrooms (one can be used as a living room), big private garden, two modern bathrooms and big and comfortable kitchen and living room.
Guests have access to the garden, to a fully equipped kitchen, to a rich international collection of dvds, cds and books. A lot of information about Italy is also accessible through guides or online (speak with hosts if further interested). We can also help you organize cooking classes and other authentic local experiences.
Interaction with guests
We are a franco-italian couple who speak good English, French, Italian and Greek. Francesco works for a French bank whereas Thalia works in urban tourism and will be delighted to give you detailed information about what you should not miss in the city! We are also happy to interact during breakfast and give practical advice about the city.
Other things to note
The beds in the room with access to the garden are two regular single beds attached to each other to form a matrimonial bed (no space in between). The sofa bed in the living room becomes a really comfortable matrimonial bed too. It is new and particularly cozy and a 3rd foldable bed can fit in this room too. The third room is a medium size room with a matrimonial bed. All rooms close with a lock and the door in the living room is a beautiful glass sliding door from Indonesia. The two windows of the living room are small and high up since that room is half below street level. Some light still enters the room in the morning since there are no curtains. The windows open automatically with a button and the room is very comfortable, pleasant and beautiful. None of this was ever an issue (you can read the reviews) but we prefer telling people about this detail in advance. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment with 2 WCs, 2 showers and 1 bathtub.
If we are not available and there is an emergency, please contact the cleaning lady: Alodia: (+(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
The check-in time is between 11.00am and 12.00 (noon). We can sometimes be flexible about the check-in, check-out times but it is the guests' responsibility to make sure we are available to check them in before they book (please message us).
The number of rooms available during the rental will depend on the number of guests (so does the price of your rental). Two guests will have access to one room (bed can be matrimonial or two single beds next to each other), the kitchen (which is also a dining room), garden and one bathroom whereas 6-8 guests will have access to 2-4 rooms (you can see pictures of all the rooms in the listing) and 1-2 bathrooms.

I am French and Greek but decided to live in between my two hometowns. I love Florence and I love to make sure people get what they want out of their holidays! I guess that's why I work in urban tourism (I can send you lots of free tips about the city and the link to my Florence blog once we are connected)!
