Located in the condominium complex of Los Crotos this condo is one of the best kept secrets of Nuevo Vallarta. It has its own private pier, away from the crowds but close to all your external needs. The condo does not share common walls with other units which gives you more privacy and less noise. The complex consists of 40 units of which only 27 are owned by people as their second home (the rest are unsold). It is quite rare for everyone to go during the same time and the majority are just couples so it is a great place with NO crowds. Family friendly, romantic getaway, relaxing vacation or just being a tourist, this place will meet your needs.
The condo is fully equipped, has a complete kitchen, dining area and living room, apart from its two full bathrooms and two bedrooms. There is a couple of balconies in the living area that have views to the garden and heated pool. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a second bathroom for guests and the second bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Dinning area has a lovely view of the garden and pool. The living room is spacious and has a view and balcony to the pool and garden. The condo has AC. There is free WiFi provided by the condo complex.

I may coincide with you during your stay, will always be available via email or phone call. There is a manager who lives there that will be there to help you out if you need anything, he will give you the keys and pick them up.

Check in and check out may be flexible, depends on other arrivals or departures.
Daily cleaning available, ask the manager for cost and schedules.
1. Smoking is only allowed outdoors (terrace or balconies).
2. Each occupant will be charged for their electric consumption during their stay. (The average 1 month of electric bill is $600 pesos).
3. Take out the trash when you leave, turn off all the lights and AC.
4. Treat our place with respect.
The Complex main rules and regulations:
1.- The Condominium Complex is exclusive for well-mannered families with appropriate conduct. The Administrator is responsible for immediately calling the authorities or a Security agency if someone is drunk and disturbing the peace, within or outside his Apartment. And at the first indication of any drug use a report will be filed with the Federal Agency for combating drugs.
In order to preserve an environment for well-mannered families the Administration will attend any complaint in this respect and reserves the right to take any measures, as have been mentioned, to insure the Condominium Regulations.
The maximum occupancy for a two bedroom unit is 6 people, for a one bedroom unit it is 4 people. Any condominium with violating this will be fined $1,000 pesos per night/day per person.
2.- It is strictly forbidden to consume any type of narcotics or any substance that is considered illegal, inside or outside of the private units. Any person who is found in violation of this clause will be processed by the terms in article 49 of the law of condominiums in the state of Nayarit, without prejudgment of the criminal actions that he may be charged with.
3.- It is strictly prohibited to hang towels and clothing or leave any objects other than chairs, tables, and outdoor grills on the balconies or anywhere else that is visible from the exterior.
4.- It is forbidden to operate ipods, radios, tape decks, televisions and sound equipment in general at high volumes. All Lodgers are asked to avoid shouting and rowdy activity inside and outside of their Condominiums, in order to provide a relaxing and peaceful environment for all. In case an owner or his guest do not adhere to this regulation the Administrator or a security agent is authorised to cut the electricity to the Apartment in question.
5.- It is strictly prohibited to litter or deposit garbage anywhere but in the containers provided for that purpose.
6.- It is strictly prohibited to have any animals in the Condominiums. If this regulation is violated there will be a charge $1,000.00 pesos for cleaning the Condominium and authorities will be called to dispose of the animal.
7.- With the exception of what is specifically established in these regulations, the Administrator will dictate the rules that regulate the use of the parking areas, pool, terraces, gardens, dock and all other common areas.
8.- Appropriate swim attire is required when using the pool. Under no condition will anyone be allowed to use the pool in “shorts” or other clothes, and of course no underwear or children in diapers be permitted in the pool. Violations of this regulation will have a cost of $500.00 pesos for each person and for each time that it occurs and the charge will be made to the Condominium of the violator or the Condominium of the owner responsible for the violator.
9.- Children in diapers are not permitted in the pool except with protective rubber or plastic pants that guarantee the hygiene of the water. Any case of residuals found in the water will be treated by professionals in pool sanitation and the Condominium of those responsible for the child will be charged for the treatment.
10.- It is necessary for everyone entering the pool to shower beforehand to eliminate sand and body oils.
11.- It is prohibited to introduce objects into the pool or use any object in the pool which is not specifically designed for pool use. No bottles, glasses or any glass objects are allowed in the pool area.
12.- When you leave the pool area take all belongings with you such as chairs, towels, flotation devices, toys, etc. and above all do not leave any garbage. The pool area is part of the visual landscape of the Condominiums, therefore the Administrator will remove any object that is left and will make a $50.00 pesos charge to the Condominium of the person responsible for having left personal belongings in the area.
13.- There are no lifeguards at Los Crotos so each individual is responsible for his own safety in the pool, on the dock, and the beach areas. We recommend that parents take special care watching their children to avoid regrettable accidents.
14.- The pool´s hours for use are from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The Administrator will program chemical treatment and cleaning according to his resources and availability of personnel so it is prohibited to use the pool other than during the established schedule. It is the Administrator´s responsibility to notify any possible pool users verbally or by a sign in the pool area if a treatment has to be made during the hours scheduled for use of the pool. The use of the pool other than the established schedule must be programmed and authorised by the Administrator.
15.- For maximum safety of our Guests it is forbidden to use the pool when the underwater lights are on. The pool and pool area should be vacated in case of a storm.
16.- The chaise lounges are to be used exclusively for sunbathing and for no reason is it permitted to remove them from the pool area and/or to be used in any other way. The same applies to the chairs and tables in the pool area.
17.- It is strictly forbidden to have glasses and glass bottles in the pool and dock areas and the same applies to plates and containers that may also break and shatter. It will be necessary to have a special cleaning operation for any glass container that is broken in the pool area and this cleaning will be charged to the Condominium of the person responsible for the accident. A cooler or table of glass bottles can be placed on the grass as long as no glass enters the area of the stone and brick pavement previously mentioned.
18.- Each person is responsible for not leaving garbage in the common and pool areas. A cleaning fee will be charged if this is not observed.
19.- The gardens are a decorative element in the Condominium Complex and should not be used as a playground. We ask that you use the walkways.
20.- Each building has an exterior zone where the electric meters are located. The Federal Electric Commission requires that these areas be accessible at all times. The entrance to the areas where the electric meters are located is strictly prohibited to all Guests. It is every parents´ responsibility to make sure their children stay out of these areas.
21.- Each condominium owner or occupant will use his private unit in a peaceful and orderly manner. It cannot be consequently destined to any use contrary to the moral law or good customs nor affect nor affect it to any purpose not expressly agreed upon. Nor can the condominium owner or occupant:
l. Realise any act that can affect the tranquility and comfort of the other condominium owners or occupants or that compromises the stability, security, health, or comfort of the condominium owners nor incur in omissions that produce the same effects.
From Dec 22, 2017 - Jan 03, 2018 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
I like to travel and find the places that the locals enjoy (restaurants, activities, and places to stay!). Of course I also visit the must see tourist attractions each place has to offer (Eiffel tower, Empire State Building, Aztec pyramids, Machu Pichu, etc.). I will always try the local food of wherever I go, food is an important part of my trips.
