The residence located in a quiet area of the resort town of La Mata (Torrevieja), in an area with excellent infrastructure. Within walking distance there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, Bank offices, pharmacy, bus stop...

Very nice and large sandy beach, with a boardwalk all the way along and cafes/bars/shops right on the beach.

Around the town there is also a Yacht Club, beautiful promenade, parks, gardens and squares, where you can relax and rest, amusement park for children, water park, there are natural salt lakes "La Mata nature reserve" and many other interesting and picturesque places...
