A bright and airy, ground floor apartment with good parking in the central London Road area with it's inspiring new eateries, coffee shops, galleries and arthouse cinema. You'll be staying in one of the most fascinating and diverse locations within Brighton & Hove, close to the "North Laine" with easy access to The Royal Pavillion, cultural quarter and the seafront.
PLEASE NOTE: STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EXCESSIVE NOISE. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AT ANY TIME IS 6 PEOPLE UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.

The space
Bedrooms: Bright, clean outward facing bedrooms with exposed wooden floorboards and multiple double electrical sockets.

Kitchen: Modern new fitted kitchen with laminate counter tops, fully equipped with a four ring induction hob and conventional oven, built in refrigerator and freezer. Other necessary kitchenware and ample storage space.

Bathroom: a fully equipped modern bathroom finished with premium quality sanitary-ware and built in cupboard with washing machine.

The apartment has an independent entrance and lock box key safe for easy access anytime of the night or day.

There is complimentary wifi available for your use while you stay.

Guest access
The whole of the apartment is available to guests.

Other things to note
- Absolutely no parties or events. This is a residential area and the neighbours will call the police if they suspect a party is happening.
- Please keep noise to a minimum especially after 9pm. No loud voices or loud music please as it will disturb the neighbours.
- The maximum number of guests is 6.
- Please request in advance if you wish to have any additional guests visit the property.
- If guests are found to have had a party guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
