We needed a bed for one night and this was the perfect place to stay. Sarah and Christie are very welcoming and their home is the result of their creative interests and is also warm and comfortable. The bathroom is fab with underfloor heating and the best views. It is up a long lane but is very easily accessible to Letterkenny. We very much enjoyed chatting around the table to Sarah and Christie. They are very good hosts and we would stay again if we were in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah's home outside Letterkenny. We were warmly welcomed by Sarah and her lovely dog Rosie. Sarah helped us find a great place for dinner and served us a lovely breakfast the next morning. Even though the location was a little far out for what we wanted it was a lovely experience overall. We wish Sarah and her family all the best! Jonny & Emily.

Sarah took trouble to welcome me and make my stay comfortable. The view from the house is spectacular and the surrounding walks are inviting. I am most grateful to Sarah, Christie and Leila for looking after me and sharing facilities. Also for taking me back to town at the end. This is a special spot - as described. It was a privilege to stay with a family of successful artists/ craftspeople. (Leila will before long be a well respected name in the indie music scene as singer-songwriter.)

We had a lovely and relaxing stay with our hosts. Sarah and Christy's home is a place of art, yet they made it comfortable and welcoming for our two toddler-age children. Our room was spacious and clean, breakfast was ample and delicious, and we enjoyed getting to know their family in our time together. It's a restful, serene stay, just outside Letterkenny, with amazing views from every window. We just wish we could have stayed a little longer. Thank you Sarah and Christy for your friendly hospitality!

Thanks to airbnb for this wonderful opportunity to meet guests here in our home from all over the world. The house is secluded from the main road and sits 100 meters above sea level overlooking the tree tops and the hills beyond the valley. Ten minutes by car to the centre of town and 20 minutes to the beautiful Glenveagh National Park and the many beaches along the coast to the west and 30 minutes to the north is the walled city of Derry in Northern Ireland. We are artist and craft people who enjoy the simple life; good company, movies, good food and fresh air. Our daughter is now studying music away from home! We hope your stay here will leave you with great memories and the possibility of returning one day.
