"Backyard Bungalow" is our guest house in our backyard, we're located in historic downtown Carrollton, GA. The property is 1100 sq. ft. that has been fully renovated, we're located in an older residential neighborhood within walking distance to the square, the amp as well as other attractions in downtown. Backyard Bungalow is perfect for corporate housing, vacations and even temporary housing. We're close to Tanner Medical Center, Southwire and University of West Georgia.

Features of the property include a designated office/work space, full kitchen, front porch area with chairs and also a covered back porch with rocking chairs. All living areas are on the main level and the bedrooms ARE upstairs.
