This 3 floor beach house is situated less than 20 feet from the boardwalk, right next to Caesars Casino in Atlantic City. You can enjoy the beautiful Bungalow beach right in front of your eyes, the famous boardwalk filled with confection shops and amusements, the Tanger Outlets so that you can shop until you drop, and all the Casinos to test your luck.

The space
The Boardwalk beach house is 3 floors with a light blue front deck. You are booking apartment 2 with its own private entrance. The space includes a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Recent updates include all new appliances throughout the house. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, sink, coffee maker, oven and refrigerator. Cooking materials such as pots, pans, silverware cutlery, glass cups, bowls, plates and condiments. Huge living room with 2 couches, table, another refrigerator and a 75” smart TV with Pluto streaming channels. Guests can log into their Netflix, Hulu and more. Each room comes with a comfortable bed that sleeps two, computer desk, night stands and closet space. Steam iron, extra fleece blanket, beach chairs and tent in the closet on the third floor. Bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other essential toiletries. Wireless 300 mbps internet and air-conditioning/heat throughout the property.

We are located in the center city of Atlantic City. AC is like most cities - things like noise from music and cars driving by, or the occasional panhandler can walk past the block. If being in a local city area is something that might make you uncomfortable, this may not be the neighborhood for you. Our house is updated and safe, but we know different folks have different expectations for their surrounding areas, and want to be upfront about what to expect. We cannot control what happens outside of our house, but we always make sure that our guests are comfortable and safe inside. My property manager lives down the block and is available if needed.

Guests can access the house using the smart lock located on the front door. For extra protection, we added a lockbox with a key inside for the second door. Check-in instructions, parking passes and WiFi are available for confirmed guests. For security reasons, Airbnb automatically sends check-in instructions to confirmed guests via text or email 24 hours before check-in date.
