Large bright apartment, all comforts, 75 m2, very functional, perfect for hosting a family, even with grandparents, up to 6 people. It is located on the first floor of a recently renovated family home, 50 m walk to the main beach, close to all shops and away from the hustle and bustle.

The space
This apartment is located on the first floor of the family building built in 1934. It has undergone many changes over time.
Each room has a wardrobe or closet. Two of the bedrooms overlook a small pedestrian street, the other on the front of the house, but it remains very quiet because the street is not very busy.
There is a large closet at the end of the hallway to store beach, cleaning or children's furniture "equipment".
The bathroom has been recently redone and the walk-in shower is comfortable.
The living-dining-kitchen area offers a bright and pleasant space.
