Located in a fantastic leisure and golf resort close to the Mar Menor beaches. Modern and bright property, well furnished, right on the golf course, with air conditioning, Satellite TV and free wi-fi, a private car parking space, central location in a relaxing environment.

The space
The penthouse has a spacious, south facing terrace, fully equipped to enjoy Spanish outdoor living with stunning views over fields and mountains and overlooking the 10th green of the golf course. The swimming pool is by the 11th tee. The 40m2 terrace is the perfect place for catching the sun at any time of the day on reclining loungers and in the lounge seats; or for enjoying your meals al fresco. The kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine offers all you need for self-catering, and linen, towels, etc. are included. The comfortable beds assure a refreshing sleep.

Mar Menor Golf Resort features a Jack Nicklaus 18-hole course as the magnificent centrepiece of the resort. A wide range of golfing facilities are available, including opportunities to practice on the putting green and driving range, as well as a pro shop and equipment hire. The course is one of the six on the Jack Nicklaus “Bear Trail”, the others are all within a 40-minute drive.

Set within a beautiful position in the Murcian countryside, framed by a stunning mountain backdrop, the resort offers a fantastic Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course, as well as padel tennis facilities and a hotel, which houses a luxurious spa and gym. If you’re looking for a family holiday, Mar Menor is also a great choice, with a kids' playgrounds available, 14 communal pools to choose from, and the El Boulevard complex, which houses a selection of bars and restaurants. The resort is a superb base for exploring the surrounding area, with the popular town of Los Alcázares with its beach and variety of restaurants and bars only 10 minutes away, as well as the bustling city of Murcia, which is only a 35-minute drive away. Alternatively, enjoy the miles of sandy beaches and shallow waters of the Mar Menor lagoon.

Hi my name is Jackie. My partner Craig and I enjoyed coming to Mar Menor so much for holidays that we moved here permanently in June 2018! We are local so we are on hand to personally meet and greet holiday guests. The resort has everything we love; sun, bbq, swimming pools, restaurants, beaches, tennis, spa, bike hire, stunning scenery, and it's a golfing paradise!
