All about Julia’s place

The Flower Shed is in a quiet location, 1 km from Penberth Cove, half a km from the village of Treen. Poldark and Pilcher land. Adjoining the Flower Shed is a working Vinery.
The step free Flower Shed has a top grade queen size comfortable sofa bed, antique dining table, chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 burner hob and oven. There is a shower, hot water, swimming towels, umbrella, WiFi. Free parking for 1 car, and use of a private garden.

The space
The Flower Shed is set in a beautiful, unspoilt location, with Penberth Cove only a ten minute walk away down the valley. From there one can enjoy the spectacular scenery on cliff walks all the way to Lands End to the west, passing the famous Minack Theatre. To the east the cliffs are equally dramatic cliffs, passing Lamorna Pottery and reaching the picturesque Mousehole cove, with several galleries, and the fishing port of Newlyn.

Where you’ll be

Treen, Penzance , England, United Kingdom

The Logan Rock Inn, ten minutes walk up the hill in the village of Treen, is an award winning pub. Anita will welcome you warmly. Coffee and meals are available all day.
Treen Shop offers snacks and sells gifts and basic foods. Baker Steve sells his fresh bread on a stall outside the shop. Don't forget to buy fresh milk and bread at Christopher's farm on your way back down the hill.

NOTE: The location pin on the map is not exact. Looking at the map if you were to go back up the road to the B3315, almost adjacent is our lane (on the other side of the B3315). We are at the end of that lane past the stream. As mentioned in the description we are 1km from Penberth cove. We have contacted Airbnb to amend the map.

I was brought up in Penberth, when my family owned the Cove, the village of Treen, and the cliffs. Following a career in the tropics I have retired to Cornwall where I continue to pursue my passion of music, singing in choirs, playing the organ for Church services, playing chamber music and attending many concerts. We are fortunate to live in such a beautiful area, I walk on the cliffs every day.
