Welcome to our family-run hotel Maria's Studios located in pretty Spartia village, the south-west coast of Kefalonia.
There are cute studios and 2 bedroom apartments. Recently renovated, the rooms are decorated in pastel colors and look . Each has kitchenette and bathroom.
By this listing we offer top floor studio with a double bed or 2 single beds, kitchenette with compact refrigerator, small kitchen plate with 3 ring and mini-oven, bathroom with WC/sink/shower and balcony .

Our cozy, small family-run hotel offers studios and apartments surrounded by a picturesque garden in the pretty village of Spartia on the Ionian island of Kefalonia.
With this listing, you can book a studio on the top floor.

The studio is a room of about 25 m2. There is a double bed or 2 single beds, a kitchenette, a dining table, a mirror and a console.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower and WC.

A nice balcony is a wonderful place to sit down with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while admiring the surrounding landscape.

Studios will comfortably accommodate 2 guests. By prior arrangement, we can arrange an extra bed for the third guest.

The kitchen corner is well equipped, offering a stove, compact oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils.

The guests can use a washing machine that is located in the kiosk in the garden.

The hotel is located about 950 meters from the beach. The road from the sea to the hotel goes steeply uphill. Therefore, we think that our guests need a car.

The nearest shop is located in the center of the village of Spartia, a kilometer from the studios. You can order all the necessary goods by phone. Delivery is for free.

On the way to the sea you will find the tavern Isalos, where you will be offered fish and other dishes. Our guests speak very highly of the quality of the food served here.

By the sea is the restaurant Panas. You can drop by here for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
In the orchard surrounding the hotel you can, depending on the season, enjoy oranges, figs, plums, pick a lemon for tea.

In 5-10 minutes drive from the studios you will find picturesque beaches and lagoons: wild, magnificent Termanati, charming Pessada, Avitos, Ema beach at Cape Liakas, Agios Thomas ...

You are welcome to use a gazebo below as well as all the facilities of the garden. A washing machine is located below the studio in a wooden kiosk.

Please, notice: you can always write us or call, and we will help you to get to the studios or arrange an airport transfer!
We also would like to emphasize, that the studios are about 900 m from the sea and the way back from the beach is going sharply up. So, on our opinion, a car or quad is the must.

Spartia is a small village with narrow streets, spreading trees and flowering shrubs. Not so numerous little houses are surrounded by greenery and flowers. Cottages, hotels and houses of Kefalonians perfectly coexist next door to each other.
Two incredibly beautiful beaches - Spartia and Thermanti - will delight you with clean, clear water, soft sand, and shallow bottom. This is a great place for snorkeling, diving; coastal cliffs are ideal for diving from a height.
Families with children will be happy with warm shallow waters and golden sand, where kids can frolic with pleasure.
Nearby the beach of Spartia, there are 3 taverns, where you will find dishes for every taste!
A few km away from Spartia, you will find wonderful beaches: Lourdas, Agias Thomas,Pessada
