This luxury safari tent looks out across the Blackmore Vale from its location on a small working farm in North Dorset.
Glamping doesn't get much better than this! With en-suite facilities, hot running water and extremely comfortable beds, this tent has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. There's a wood-fired oven to keep you warm at night as well as a gas stove for your morning brew. The canvas can be opened up onto the large deck to bring the outside in and allow you to enjoy the magnificent views of the rolling Dorset countryside.
Gascon is child-friendly with gates securing the deck to stop any adventurous crawlers and toddlers! Please contact us in advance and we can supply a high-chair and cot if needed.
The tent has two bedrooms, separated by canvas, one containing a king-sized bed, the other with two singles; there is also a separate enclosed double cabin bed allowing 6 guests to stay in true comfort. At the rear of the tent you will find a shower room and a WC with flushing loo and hot-water sink.
We provide fresh linen at the start of your stay as well as towels. The shower room is supplied with luxury bodywash from a local company and each sink has handwash. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans as well as tea-towels and cleaning products.
There is no wi-fi in the tent, but there is phone signal and 4G on most networks. There are two USB ports for charging devices, but no electric sockets.
