Welcome to my home filled with greenery. Located in one of Ho Chi Minh's most convenient district, guests can enjoy a quick trip into the city as well as explore the real local cuisine and atmosphere. A spacious room designed for your true comfort in the heart of Saigon. There is a kitchen to share as well as free wifi and a laptop friendly workspace. My place is perfect for solo travellers, couples and business travellers alike.
The space
The room is located on level 2 with elevator access. A special large room with windows, wooden floor and full facilities, with big private bathroom. This can accomodate 2-3 people. Very budget-friendly suitable for friends of 3 or family with one kid.
A mini kitchen and common area are shared for 3 rooms on level 2. Free access to big laundry area and rooftop garden on level 4.
The house is also home to a Vietnam stationery design shop and an artist's studio filled of books on the ground floor, so you can enjoy reading and buy some local gifts home.

1.HOME COMFORTS:
a. Arriving:
- Please show the security guard your passport/ID to checking in.
- Find your complimentary drinks and snacks on the table.
- We provide bed linen and one small and one big towel per person.
b. Facilities:
- Kitchen: lovely kitchen and common area are shared for 3 rooms on level 1. Feel free to use it as you need to, and make sure to keep it clean and put back in order after used.
- Laundry area: washing machine and dryer are accessible on level 4. Each time used is 20,000 vnd.
- Internet: Enjoy free wifi anywhere in the house.
c. Privacy and Cleanliness:
- During your stay we will not enter your room unless you need help or in case of emergency.
- Put your trash bag in front of the room, we will collect it for you.
2.TIMING & SECURITY:
- Check in: 14:00 / Check out: 11:00 (noon). Please inform us if you arrive or depart soon or later than this time.
- The entire room is yours, that means you don't have to share it with anyone who is not stated in your booking.
- The house is guarded 24 hours. Your access is free anytime.
- To ensure comforts and safety for all guests staying, we don’t allow any strangers in the house. If you like to invite any (local) friend over, you need to inform us at least 1 day before and provide us with information about your visitors. We have the right not to approve your friend’s visit if we find it suspicious. This is not likely to happen; however we seek for your understanding of our strict rule, as we want to avoid any problems, which happened before. Approval guests can visit you during 8am-9pm and have to provide valid identification to our guard at the gate. NO VISITORS OVERNIGHT STAYING
